It's that time of
year, where strong winds bring with them big seas and trips get cancelled. On
Saturday we took a group of Open Water Students down to NSW and
finished off their courses with them in the Tweed River. 2 enjoyable and rather
easy dives were had and we would like to congratulate James, Gary, Guang,
Jane and Christie for completing their courses with us. We look
forward to seeing you out on DiveQuest with us in the near future!
Afternoon trips are opening up due to high demand, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of February will see DiveQuest heading out on two trips each day, with limited spaces still available on these trips. If you want to enjoy a sleep in and then finish off your day with a dive these are for you!
Just a reminder that
the deadline for the Santo Trip in March is fast approaching. Awesome dives on
the President Coolidge with trip leader Mick Browne!!! If you want on this trip
make sure you sign up sooner rather then later so you don't miss out!!!!!!Our latest social went off with much success! Our next Social will be held on the 13th February. On March 6th we will also be holding a Social, with a special guest presenter Bill Silvester, author of Down Under Magic. Bill will also be joining us for a dive on Friday 7th March. Make sure you keep those dates free!
Last but not least! Our newly appointed Tec Diving Instructor, Beau, will be running a Tec Try Day on Sunday 16th February. If you think Tec Diving is your calling then register yourself for this free trial day today!!!!!!!!

Courses
In
February we will be running a Deep Diver Specialty over the 13th, 15th and 16th
February with Wreck and Nitrox scheduled for 20th, 22nd and 23rd February.
March Specialty Courses
include, Self - Reliant Diver (13th, 15th and 16th March) and Wreck and Nitrox
20th, 22nd and 23rd March. If you dream of diving on your own with no buddy
then our Self-Reliant Diver Course is for you!

exHMAS Brisbane Trip
Our
monthly run up to the exHMAS Brisbane is scheduled for Sunday 23rd
February. Perfect time to do your Wreck/Nitrox courses or just have fun
exploring South East QLD's favourite wreck! We will even drive you down for
free!
Fish Rock Cave/South West Rocks Trips Scheduled 2014
Everyone's
favourite trip is back in 2014. We will be running 3 trips to the famous Fish
Rock Cave throughout the year. Our first two trips are running like normal, 2
nights accommodation and 4 dives prices starts at $350 (gear hire extra)! Our
last trip for the year happens to fall on the Labour Day Public Holiday so we
thought why not extend it? 3 nights accommodation and 6 dives for just $480
(gear hire extra). Dates below:
Trip 1: 7th, 8th 9th March 2014
Trip 2: 30th, 31st May 1st June 2014
Trip 3: 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th
